Metal structures and facade elements for Murad Buildings

Murad Buildings is one of the largest developers in Uzbekistan, and our collaboration with them marked a significant milestone in the development of our manufacturing business. The project involved manufacturing a wide range of metal products for facades and common areas of the building: brackets, railings, decorative grilles, air conditioner baskets, and custom-designed profiles.

As part of the project, we developed and coordinated technical drawings, conducted load calculations, and selected the optimal metal, taking into account environmental impact resistance requirements. Manufacturing work included bending, cutting, welding, grinding, and powder coating. At certain stages, we pre-assembled the structures to eliminate errors during installation on-site.

The main challenge of the project was precisely adhering to architectural specifications, as the buildings featured non-standard elements and a contemporary design. Using CNC machines and meticulous geometric control, we achieved high precision and perfect dimensional accuracy.
The finished products fully met the developer's requirements and were promptly delivered to the site. Our collaboration with Murad Buildings continues to this day and includes new projects.
